Commercial Real Estate Attorney – Nashville, Tennessee (LHH Recruitment Solutions working with a prestigious AmLaw law firm)
Job Responsibilities
Represent developer and investor clients in large scale commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
Negotiate, draft, and review purchase and sale agreements
Negotiate, draft, and review commercial leases
Represent lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate financing and loans
Qualifications
JD required
Licensed in good standing to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission to the Tennessee bar
4+ years’ experience in commercial real estate legal practice at a large law firm or sophisticated real‑estate boutique firm.
