Republic Technologies (CSE: DOCT) (FSE: 7FM0) (OTCQB: DOCKF) is Canada’s first publicly listed Ethereum infrastructure and treasury company. We believe Ethereum is the foundation of future finance, and we are building the institutional backbone that will support tomorrow’s global capital markets. By holding ETH on our balance sheet and operating validator infrastructure, we generate sustainable revenue while strengthening and securing the Ethereum network for real-world, universal applications.
Role Description
This is a full‑time, senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the institutional client service function for Republic’s staking and digital asset treasury platform. The Head of Institutional Client Services will manage the complete lifecycle of institutional engagement—from onboarding and operational enablement to ongoing relationship management and client retention. The role requires a deep understanding of institutional expectations, operational rigor, and a commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of service to asset managers, corporates, hedge funds, family offices, and other sophisticated market participants. The successful candidate will oversee and refine the onboarding process to ensure clients are integrated seamlessly into Republic’s staking and treasury workflows. This includes coordinating with compliance teams on KYC/AML requirements where applicable, managing operational setup, and ensuring clients are fully aligned with Republic’s infrastructure, custody pathways, and validator processes. The leader in this role will serve as the primary relationship owner for key institutional accounts, delivering structured client communication, performance updates, and strategic guidance. They will conduct regular reviews, including analyses of validator performance, MEV yield components, slashing protection, and treasury allocation outcomes, ensuring clients have complete transparency into the performance and reliability of their staking operations. The Head of Institutional Client Services will be responsible for establishing an institutional‑grade service framework, including support workflows, escalation paths, SLAs, and incident communication standards. They will oversee the development and delivery of detailed reporting packages that meet the accuracy and auditability expectations of institutional clients, while partnering closely with internal teams to enhance dashboards, analytics, and communication tools. This role will also lead the design of service processes for maintenance windows, network upgrades, and protocol changes to ensure clients receive proactive and timely information. Qualifications
8–15+ years of institutional client service, relationship management, or account leadership experience within investment management, capital markets, fintech, or digital assets. Demonstrated track record supporting institutional clients in high‑stakes environments (e.g., asset management, prime brokerage, trading infrastructure, or institutional custody). Strong understanding of Ethereum staking, validator performance metrics, market structure, and digital asset custody workflows; experience with technical infrastructure products is a plus. Exceptional communication, execution discipline, and stakeholder management skills; ability to clearly translate technical and economic concepts to institutional audiences. Experience building scalable service frameworks, including SLAs, reporting structures, operational workflows, and incident management processes. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and strengthen client relationships across complex organizations.
