Join Caterpillar’s Talent Acquisition team in Irving, TX. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for human resources, legal services, information technology, accounting, finance services, and enterprise strategy.
About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will leverage recruiting knowledge, consultative approach, and influencing skills to support business leaders in attracting and hiring qualified, best‑in‑class talent. Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with internal customers and prospective candidates, acting as a recruiting subject‑matter expert for HR partners, and supporting efficient, high‑quality hiring practices.
What You Will Do
Influence talent acquisition strategy by building strong relationships with internal customers & prospective candidates, and acting as a recruiting subject matter expert for HR partners.
Own the relationship with hiring managers, acting as first point of contact, providing advice, reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting screening interviews, and supporting offer management.
Apply experience‑based knowledge of world‑class recruitment methods and show a commitment to continuous improvement.
Support company initiatives through active process improvements and project participation.
Utilize Workday and Beamery to deliver the most qualified candidates, build strong candidate pipelines, and monitor and manage reports to measure efficiency and effectiveness.

Relationship management skills to build and maintain healthy working relationships.
Candidate screening expertise to preselect suitable candidates for interviews.
Staffing and recruiting knowledge to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified personnel.

Recruiting analytics – ability to analyze recruiting data and apply results to support business decisions.
Recruitment channel management – experience using recruiting tools to identify external talent.
