Location: Old Orchard, IL
Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work schedule requirements – work at least 12‑16 hours per week, with variable weekly schedule, required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays; during peak timeframes hours may increase.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
No supervisory/managerial experience required
