Position Summary Drives toward strategic enterprise integration and alignment of processes, data, and systems that impact a given business unit and or functional area. Responsible to analyze and define technical solutions and recommend process changes or enhancements to meet business unit needs for continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities
Business Integration: Primary business area owner for processes, data, reports, testing, testing coordination/defect resolution/troubleshooting, training, education or communication material for process or application updates or enhancements. Acts as a key liaison between business units.
Business Process Design, Data Management, and Governance: Enforces established change controls for enterprise process design documentation, role assignments, performance measures, reports, and training and education materials. Maintains and applies current knowledge of functional, technical and industry trends. Accountable for designing business rulesets/roles that meet compliance requirements and end user needs. Facilitates enterprise data management disciplines and process adherence across business areas. Troubleshoots and ensures problem resolution.
Value Realization: Routinely tracks and measures process effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence across departments within a given business area. Assembles and leads teams utilizing data and metrics in their analysis work to investigate the root cause of behavior and process performance gaps. Designs and implements action plans. Tracks and drives business-area accountability for realization of benefits associated with continuous improvement projects, enhancements, and upgrades.
Demand Management & Prioritization: Facilitates the demand management and prioritization process for continuous improvement opportunities associated with business processes, reporting, data and systems within a functional area. Facilitate business case development, quality requirements gathering and validating the solutions meet end user needs. Captures new business unit requirements from entire business area end user set and incorporates them into continuous improvement efforts.
Project Management: Serves as solution designer and project lead for one or more continuous improvement initiatives, enhancements, or special projects. Translates business needs into process or technical requirements as they relate to the enterprise vision.
Training, Education and Effective Communication: Leads training/support for new implementations. Actively engages with and supports the communities of practice. Drives effective communication of changes and supports change adoption.
Provide strategic consultation for process improvement initiatives and develops, implements, and manages an integrated, effective workflow design across the entire business unit.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years related business area/industry experience or SAP/equivalent ERP/core enterprise systems use and implementation experience.
Deep knowledge of leading business process solutions through technology enablement.
Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and analyze complex business scenarios.
Leadership, change management and program/project management experience.
Experience in integrating new technological and process solutions.
Proven success gaining cross-functional consensus on large strategic and portfolio management initiatives.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with supplier network enablement.
Knowledge of SAP extended Warehouse Management and Stockroom Management.
Understanding of invoicing practices.
Salary Anticipated starting base pay: $80,000.00 to $108,900.00 per year.
