The Opportunity Join Salesforce’s elite Consumer Goods practice as a strategic transformation leader. You’ll partner with our largest enterprise clients to reimagine their business through cutting‑edge AI and Salesforce solutions. This isn’t traditional consulting; you’re architecting the future of how Consumer Goods companies operate.

What You’ll Do Drive Strategic Transformation

Partner with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 Consumer Goods companies to define transformation visions worth $10M+ in business value

Lead AI‑accelerated discovery sessions, using tools like NotebookLM to rapidly synthesize complex customer data and surface transformation opportunities

Design future‑state business processes focused on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Retail Execution (REX)

Co‑create roadmaps that connect technology investments to measurable KPIs and ROI

Architect Enterprise Solutions

Define system architecture landscapes for complex, multi‑cloud implementations

Bridge current and future states through comprehensive solution design

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long‑term business strategy

Serve as the technical expert across all stakeholder levels, from practitioners to executives

Enable Value Realization

Design governance frameworks and success metrics that prove business impact

Lead change management strategies to drive user adoption and transformation success

Identify and mitigate program risks proactively

Contribute to internal playbooks and best practices that scale our practice

What You Bring Required Experience

3+ years in Consumer Goods industry with hands‑on CG Cloud implementation experience

10+ years leading enterprise software transformations with proven success stories

Deep expertise in Trade Promotion Management and/or Retail Execution business processes

Experience leveraging AI tools in consulting and solution design

Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholders

Technical Expertise

Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and architect comprehensive solutions

Understanding of how to connect technology solutions to business KPIs and measurable outcomes

Experience with AI‑augmented analysis and process modeling tools

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related quantitative field

Salesforce certifications, especially CG Cloud, TPM, or REX Accreditation

Experience designing change management programs

Track record in AI strategy and enterprise use case development
