$40,000 (annual) + Monthly Competitive Variable Commission Compensation, + Company Car/Car Insurance & Corporate Card for work related expenses such as fuel, and lodging.

Summary autoMHatic Financial is a multi‑channel, PE‑backed manufactured housing lender. We seek individuals determined to achieve high levels of success as a territory‑based sales professional. The role is an individual producer focused on forging strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, communities, and other strategic partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.

Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face‑to‑face meetings with customers to close sales.

Developing and sustaining long‑term relationships with customers.

Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, detailing territory performance and opportunities.

Staying informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and expand our network.

Identifying new business opportunities and market trends within the territory, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Collaborating with the Outside Sales team to coordinate sales efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach in delivering value to clients.
