Responsibilities
Write scalable web application code following best practices of accessibility, internationalization and instrumentation.
Hands‑on development: write highest quality code with utmost attention to scalability and performance.
Build effective internal and external relationships essential to delivering a quality software product or service.
Stay aware of industry trends and make technology choices and strategic decisions as a subject‑matter expert on web technologies.
Take a vague customer problem and solve it end to end with accountability.
Qualifications
10+ years total experience delivering enterprise‑class web applications.
Solid foundation in writing scalable web application code following best practices of accessibility, internationalization and instrumentation.
Experience with cross‑browser, cross‑platform, and design constraints on the web and mobile.
Solid knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.
5+ years of JavaScript application design and testing experience.
7+ years of experience in mid‑tier technologies such as Node and Java.
Experience with test automation: TDD, unit/integration/functional testing.
Experience with relational database design and implementation.
Experience in UI frameworks such as React, Backbone, or Angular.
Passionate about CI/CD pipelines.
Able to mentor junior developers within the team.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
