Release Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage global release schedules across multiple markets. Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure deployment readiness.
Governance & Quality Assurance:
Enforce compliance with release governance, security, and quality standards. Conduct release readiness reviews and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Risk & Dependency Management:
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting releases.
Vendor Management:
Lead and monitor external vendor squads to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables aligned with McDonald’s standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive process optimization and adoption of release automation tools. Champion best practices for release management and deployment methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in release management, project management, or related roles. Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and deployment methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing global technology projects. Preferred:
PMP or Agile certification. Familiarity with CMS platforms and release automation tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
$127,332.00 – $159,165.00 per year Bonus Eligible:
