Senior Compliance Specialist responsible for supporting the development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of all aspects of the companys Legal Compliance and Ethics program. Responsibilities
Provide sound compliance guidance consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and Neurocrine policies. Develop and deliver training on compliance policies and procedures. Provide services in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct (or assist with) internal investigations on compliance matters. Draft investigation and audit reports. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent and 6+ years experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry, including experience with internal compliance?related investigations. Compliance and Ethics Professional Certification preferred. Up to 40% U.S. field travel. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies to select methods and techniques for problem solving. Adaptable and flexible, able to prioritize duties and manage multiple matters from start to finish with minimal supervision. Strong data analytics, investigative and documentation, critical thinking, problem?solving skills. Strong written, verbal, listening, teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and understanding of healthcare compliance laws and regulations applicable to a pharmaceutical company with a commercial product. Proficiency in word processing and presentation software to prepare documents and training, and ability to use spreadsheet and statistical analysis software to store, manipulate, analyze, and present data.

The annual base salary range is $103,300.00 $141,000.00. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as primary work location, role complexity, responsibilities, and experience. The position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of base salary and eligibility to participate in an equity?based long?term incentive program. Benefits include a retirement savings plan with company match, paid vacation, holidays, personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits covering medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance.
