Job Description Under the supervision of the Harbor City Unlimited (HCU) Program Manager, plans, organizes and directs the operations of the Rehabilitation Program (PRP or RRP) of Harbor City Unlimited. Establishes goals, objectives and standards of performance; develops and implements operating policies and procedures; interprets and ensures compliance with relevant policies, standards, regulations, and codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related discipline is required.

CPR certification is required.

Licensure or certification as a mental health provider in the state of Maryland is preferred.

Five years of progressively responsible experience in a mental health care rehabilitation related setting is required. Prior management experience is preferred.
