Digital Workplace Team
is seeking a visionary
Principal Technology Architect
to lead the future‑state architecture for the Coworker User‑Technologies domain. This role will shape the digital employee experience through modern, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and align Digital Workplace technology strategies with enterprise goals.
Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, standards, and reference architectures.
Lead multi‑year roadmap planning and governance for Digital Workplace technologies.
Partner with Enterprise Architects and Solutions Engineers to guide solution design.
Drive innovation through emerging technologies (AI, cloud, virtualization, endpoint monitoring).
Manage Microsoft Enterprise Agreement contracts and associated services.
Education Education:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Experience Experience:
10+ years in IT architecture.
Windows, macOS, iOS
Power Platform, scripting (PowerShell)
Zero Trust security principles
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Compensation The annual starting salary for this position is between $147,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
