You’ll make an impact by: As a Technical Project Manager at Siemens, you will coordinate technical partner engagement and integration, oversee deployment and delivery, and manage risk and compliance for systems. You will build scalable delivery models and act as the main contact for reporting on partner contributions and ecosystem readiness, ensuring project milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

You will embed with customer teams and partners during pilot and rollout phases, adapting project plans and delivery models to real-world constraints and providing rapid feedback to product development. Your work will directly influence the reliability and scalability of new systems, bridging the gap between concept and field deployment.

You will collaborate closely with system architects, software developers, and field teams to validate and iterate on solutions in live customer environments. You will document technical solutions, risk assessments, and deployment procedures for repeatability and scalability, and drive continuous improvement by sharing learnings from deployments with product teams.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, and this is an onsite position based in Chicago, Illinois.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in technical project management, partner engagement, and delivery within industrial or automation environments.

10+ years of experience with managing risk, compliance, and reporting in complex technical projects.

10+ years of experience working in cross-functional, customer-facing teams and adapt project plans to evolving requirements.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% to be with customer teams during critical deployment phases

Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with forward deployment engineering: embedding with customer teams, rapid prototyping, field validation, and iterative improvement of delivery models.

Familiarity with industrial software stacks, data integration, and cloud-based deployment.

Knowledge of compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements for industrial environments.

Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between core engineering and field deployment, enabling scalable, reliable adoption of DUCS systems.

Experience sharing learnings and feedback from deployments with product teams to drive continuous improvement.

The pay range for this position is $164,587-$260,000 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
