Responsible for managing sales in Gujrat and Daman and Diu. This will include the management of key end customers, OEM’s and specialist channel partners. The incumbent in this role will be expected to work under the supervision / guidance of the western business in charge towards defined key goals including sales turnover, profitability, new product growth and key territory growth. Responsibilities

To explore new customers, applications and markets. Understand the application process and generate new inquiries for Blowers. Provide techno‑commercial support to all the customers. Handle channel partners in Gujrat and Daman and Diu and expand the business through channels. To handle specified Gujrat and Daman and Diu, independently. Prepare weekly visit plans with a view to serving all existing customers and adding new customers to the portfolio. Prepare monthly sales projections in view of annual sales targets. To retain all existing customers and focus on generating more revenue from them. To provide after‑sales support to the customers in close coordination with the service team. Keep close eye on the competitor’s activities and develop & implement a sound strategy to counter competition Basic Qualifications

BE/B-Tech Mechanical. 4–8 years experience in sales and marketing in the water and wastewater segment. Strong verbal or written communication skills. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Hybrid Key Competencies

A Sales & Business Development Professional, preferably holding a degree in BE or B-Tech (Mechanical engineers are preferred). 4–8 years’ experience selling, preferably for companies within the industrial manufactured products sales vertical. Demonstrated understanding of the industrial sales market in Gujrat and Daman and Diu, the key issues affecting the markets, and the decision‑making process and complex nature of major projects. Strong negotiation skills with customers. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi is essential. High level of competence in presentation and customer handling. Sound knowledge of MS Office. Comfortable with CRM tools like ZOHO, Salesforce, etc. What We Offer
