You’ll help us build loyalty and long‑lasting relationships with our customers while creating an easy, personalized shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Act as a direct support for the Management Team – executing with excellence.
Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others as they do the same.
Build loyalty through personalized customer connections, creating positive, memorable shopping experiences and selling.
Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager / Assistant Manager / Key Holder.
Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly.
Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
Collaborate with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts (that’s how we call our team).
Maintain regular store maintenance, follow loss‑prevention standards, ensure timely receipt processing, keep shelves full, and price products accordingly.
Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
Who You Are
Enthusiasm and the ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
A passion for the health & wellness industry.
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs as a part‑time associate.

Demonstrate basic technology skills (e.g., point‑of‑sale systems, mobile devices, basic troubleshooting) or a willingness to learn and adapt to the role.
