Ensure workspace architecture aligns with long‑term operational scalability.
Build complex, multi‑step automations, using Monday.com native automations, Formula PRO Automations, and other advanced automation apps as needed.
Develop and optimize conditional workflows, cross‑board and cross‑workspace automations, array logic, formulas, and computed logic inside automations.
Ensure automation reliability, error handling, and long‑term maintainability.
Build integrations using Monday.com API, webhooks, and integration services (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, Workato) when necessary.
Connect Monday.com to external systems (CRM, ERP, BI tools, custom databases, etc.).
Work with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and translate them into effective Monday.com workflows; recommend architecture changes, workflow improvements, or automation updates.
Document systems for long‑term maintainability.
