As a Business Systems Architect, you’ll lead the design of scalable enterprise solutions connecting Salesforce, Snowflake, and Workato – powering automation and data‑driven decision‑making across our Revenue, Finance, and Product organizations. You’ll shape the technical vision, establish architectural standards, and partner cross‑functionally to build an ecosystem that scales with our growth.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise scale architecture strategy for Business Systems aligned with organizational goals.
Architect scalable systems and integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake, and other core business applications to enable unified data flow and process automation.
Own the integration strategy using Workato and API frameworks to connect GTM and back‑office systems efficiently and securely.
Partner with business and data teams to define source‑of‑truth models and ensure consistent data definitions across platforms and have a good understanding of data governance.
Design and document system architecture, data contracts, and integration patterns to support new initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that strengthen the business systems stack, improve data quality, or enhance user experience.
Establish governance standards for APIs, automation, and metadata management to maintain system integrity and scalability.
Lead technical implementation and coordinate with developers and admins to ensure delivery quality, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to uphold security and privacy requirements in system design and data movement.
Oversee the implementation, integration, and upgrades of enterprise business systems (e.g., Salesforce, IronClad, Snowflake, Workato, Gong).
Address system issues promptly and develop long‑term solutions to prevent recurring problems.
What We Look For
7+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Solution Architecture roles.
Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Clouds), including data model design, integrations, and automation best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative while collaborating closely with teammates, learning from others, and sharing insights with the broader team.
Salesforce Apex (required), SOQL (required), Snowflake and other reporting tools.
Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and organization.
Knowledgeable in Quote‑to‑Cash processes and systems such as Salesforce CPQ.
Extensive cross‑functional experience with excellent collaboration skills, capable of working with all levels of management across diverse functional teams.
You thrive in unstructured environments, balancing long‑term architecture with quick wins that drive business impact.
Capable of understanding intricate system architecture where data flows through interconnected systems managed by various teams.
Experienced in system implementations, user acceptance testing, and related documentation.
Experienced in using tools such as Gearset or GitHub Actions to support CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect.
Base Pay Grade L
Equity Grade 7
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $160,000 - $210,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $142,000 - $192,000
