About the Company CSC Generation Enterprise (CSC) is an AI‑enabled multi‑brand platform that acquires and transforms retailers into profitable, digital‑first, consumer‑centric businesses. The platform is purpose built around CSC’s M&A strategy and drives alpha by encoding revenue growth, unit margin management, and other expert‑level retail practices into automation and AI. Responsibilities
Serve as the technical owner for your domain or service within our Retail Service Cloud.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of the technical roadmap—from building new features to scaling the platform.
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Act as the primary technical point of contact, clearly communicating details and pushing back on requests when necessary to maintain quality and focus.
Build and mentor a team of developers, driving productivity, growth, and engineering excellence.
Modernize and optimize our technology stack by replacing legacy code and services.
Architect and implement frameworks that power upcoming projects.
Plan and manage sprints, triage tickets, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
Qualifications
Passion for helping engineering teams execute successfully on ambitious product roadmaps.
Strong sense of technical ownership and pride in delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Proficiency in modern frameworks and languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Django.
