Procurement Analyst I The Procurement Analyst I provides critical administrative and operational support to the Resin Team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position plays an integral role in ensuring procurement activities are executed accurately and efficiently, supporting category management through strong coordination, vendor communication, and attention to detail.
Essential Functions
Prepare and create purchase orders for spend categories
Communicate with vendors to reconcile accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Resin Team, including document management, and coordination of daily operational tasks.
Seek, support and implement internal and external process improvement opportunities
Support the categories’ raw material qualification process
Work with internal stakeholders to resolve non-conforming/contamination material issues
Maintain organized and up-to-date records, reports, and databases to support compliance.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports to support category management and leadership review.
Provide general administrative support to team members and contribute to special projects or process improvements as assigned.
