We are seeking a VP, Quality, Risk Management candidate for a large healthcare organization. The ideal candidate must be an RN with a BSN and Masters, with steady hospital experience. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for leading the clinical quality division, including clinical quality improvement, measurement, accreditation, patient safety, infection control, risk management, and peer review. The role involves leading hospital-wide performance improvement programs, coordinating accreditation activities to ensure compliance with agencies like The Joint Commission, CMS, and DHEC. The candidate will oversee operations to ensure quality, safety, patient outcomes, and cost-effective care. They will manage performance data, foster collaboration among departments and external agencies, promote evidence-based practices, and uphold the highest standards of healthcare delivery. Minimum 3-5 years recent acute hospital experience in quality, performance improvement, case management, or accreditation roles, with current knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS regulations.
