Job Description BryceTech is currently looking for a Senior Test Engineer. This position will be supporting Capability Program Executive Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CPE CBRND) which manages our Nation's investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense equipment and medical countermeasures (MCMs).
Responsibilities
Experience managing the configuration of systems within the CBDP enterprise
Experience with chemical or biological threats evidenced through education or work history
Direct experience in the CBDP enterprise working with a Program Office on a Program of Record
Experience generating documentation required for a Program of Record (acquisition strategy, testing strategy, master schedule, etc.)
Direct experience working with Service or OSD test agencies to evaluate the capabilities being fielded by Programs of Record
Direct experience managing the configuration of systems being fielded by Programs of Record
Provide planning and execution of T&E and experimentation events (user feedback events, tabletop exercises, technical demonstrations, operational demonstrations, and operation assessments) for CBRN systems.
Conduct coordination meetings with stakeholders, preparing documentation and presentation materials as required by Army Evaluation Center (AEC) ahead of events, support during the setup and execution of these events, and post‑meeting support with gathering and analysis of data.
Help determine criteria by which CBRN systems and components will be evaluated.
Record meeting minutes and maintain version control over the test criteria documentation.
Qualifications
Ten years or more of experience supporting test and evaluation (T&E) activities in CBRN or defense programs
Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, systems, chemical), applied science, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
