Digital Transformation Specialist
to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving technology-enabled change across business processes, systems, and operations. The ideal candidate will help modernize workflows, improve digital adoption, and support strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across departments Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital tools and platforms Support change management, training, and digital adoption efforts Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize digital solutions Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology strategy Stay current on emerging digital trends and best practices Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency with digital tools, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems Excellent time management and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in remote or hybrid environments Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or change management methodologies Background in enterprise software, automation, or data-driven solutions Compensation
Salary Range: $105,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience and role type) Annual Bonus: Typically 10%–20% of base salary Benefits
