Manage all aspects of the LSS system, becoming intimately familiar with hardware, software, and integration. Lead the supplier management team and work directly with hardware suppliers and subcontracts. Support all stages of the aircraft system life cycle: preliminary design studies, primary design analysis, and integrated system design analysis. Support hardware integration, airworthiness activity, and subsystem testing. Attend internal program, customer, and/or supplier technical exchange meetings and/or formal program milestone reviews to provide and obtain progress status updates. Basic Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 8 years of related professional/military experience, OR a master’s degree AND 6 years, OR a Ph.D. AND 4 years. Active DoD Secret Clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain active DoD Top Secret Clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP) required to start. Knowledge of laser and optical principles. Knowledge/experience in systems engineering. Demonstrate understanding of fundamental laser/optical sensing principles. Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication skills for both in-person and written content. Outstanding problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to assimilate new concepts quickly and independently. Demonstrated history of personnel development and successful team engagement. Experience engaging directly with internal and external technical and programmatic representatives. Interest in and track record of providing successful mentorship. Active Top Secret, SCI, and/or SAP accesses. Salary

Primary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 – $178,000.00. Benefits
