What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Deliver project work stream management, including planning, analytics, and reporting
Collaborate with client staff and leadership to address complex challenges
Mentor and manage junior staff while providing guidance on project tasks
Utilize Huron tools and methodologies for the implementation of enterprise software and analytics solutions
Prepare documentation from meetings to support project teams and client communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements and writing functional specifications
At least 2 years' experience with Oracle EPM ARCS, FCCS, ePCM, and/or Planning
Proven technical implementation experience with cloud-based Oracle EPM suite
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with TRCS is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration in a consulting environment
