Our client is a for-profit hospitality and real estate company building a national network of urban clubs and private destination compounds for founders, investors, creators, and civic leaders.
This role integrates facilities, culinary, logistics, and property management into one unified operational model, ensuring every building, meal, and moment reflects their standards of excellence, beauty, and faithful presence. The Director leads the operations teams that keep the campus running: facilities, culinary, hospitality, events logistics, and vendor partners.
Property Operations & Facilities Management
Oversee day‑to‑day operations and upkeep of all properties, ensuring each is safe, functional, and aesthetically aligned with brand standards. Manage all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, A/V, etc.) and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules across locations. Lead vendor relationships for repairs, landscaping, janitorial, and capital projects. Create and maintain a unified standard of care across historic and modern spaces — balancing preservation with innovation. Oversee environmental and safety compliance, inspections, and emergency protocols. Maintain relationships with landlords and property management on the landlord’s side. Direct and develop on‑site teams across multiple properties, including Facilities, Culinary, Maintenance, and Hospitality Operations. Build strong systems and culture for daily coordination across venues. Mentor property leads, ensuring consistency in guest experience and operational execution. Foster collaboration between culinary, events, and hospitality teams to deliver integrated, high‑touch experiences. Culinary & Hospitality Integration
Oversee daily food and beverage operations in partnership with the Executive Chef and Hospitality Director. Implement efficient supply chain systems for sourcing, inventory, and procurement across properties. Support special event activations and seasonal offerings aligned with member experience goals. Strategic Property Planning & Expansion
Serve as operational lead for new property activations — including renovations, buildouts, and openings. Partner with Executive Leadership on design, construction, and capital improvement projects. Develop long‑term maintenance and capital planning for the full property portfolio. Ensure scalability and consistency of operations as new spaces come online. Develop and manage the operations and facilities budgets; monitor and forecast expenses. Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee capital improvement budgets. Track utilities, maintenance costs, and operational efficiencies to ensure responsible financial stewardship. Implement systems and KPIs for property performance, team productivity, and guest satisfaction. Member Experience & Brand Alignment
Ensure that every property embodies their five design principles — Belong, Integrate, Cross‑Pollinate, Elevate, Accelerate. Maintain the property as a living expression of hospitality and human flourishing: clean, warm, sensory, and inspiring. Oversee execution of signature experiences — from shared meals to event transitions, outdoor activations, and sensory rituals. Work closely with Events, Membership, and Design teams to ensure space readiness and flow for 150+ annual gatherings. Interface with tenants and prototype members and be a key point of contact for tenancy and membership. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in multi‑site operations, property management, or hospitality leadership (private club, hotel, campus, or event venue environment preferred). Demonstrated success overseeing facilities, F&B, and cross‑functional operations teams. Strong understanding of construction, maintenance, and vendor management. Deep appreciation for hospitality, design, and community experience. Proven ability to manage budgets, capital projects, and operational systems at scale. Leadership presence marked by humility, excellence, and calm under pressure. Key Attributes
