We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals with behavioral health needs, utilizing applied behavior analysis to promote positive behavioral changes. Behavior Analyst Job Description Job Title: Behavior Analyst - BCBA General Job Function: Conduct initial evaluations including skills assessments and functional behavior assessments; design and implement treatment plans; supervise behavior technicians; collaborate with families and providers; mentor graduate students. Qualifications: Master’s Degree Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst Board Certification Recent graduates in the credentialing process are encouraged to apply. Essential Physical Requirements: You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be able to implement company-related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.). Working Requirement: You will be expected to work 40 hours per week and have a flexible schedule. Behavior analysts have a quarterly billable requirement that accounts for vacation and sick time.
