The Role As a Technical Consulting Director, you will develop compliance, assurance, and management systems for clients across a variety of industries. You will engage with executive leaders to design world‑class EHS solutions, integrate ESG drivers, and mentor the next generation of technical leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy EHS compliance solutions and management systems.
Deliver air, water, and solid waste permitting, compliance, and performance improvement.
Lead EHS audit programs and integrate ESG drivers into EHS management.
Listen to client needs, co‑develop novel solutions, and influence strategic operational processes.
Mentor a high‑performance team, serving as a technical leader to consultants.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, engineering, safety, environmental management, or related field.
8–12+ years of progressive EHS experience, with 15+ years preferred, in corporate environments.
Expertise in environmental regulations, regulatory compliance, permitting, and innovation in EHS compliance.
Passionate about EHS performance improvement and experienced in delivering world‑class EHS program solutions.
Strong client relationship skills and ability to understand client needs.
