What You'll Do
Own Product Success Through Customer Obsession
Serve as the single-threaded owner for bringing ITA products to market and ensuring their successful adoption across the hiring funnel Build and maintain deep expertise in user workflows, becoming the go-to subject matter expert who understands both technical capabilities and business needs Create Voice of Customer (VOC) mechanisms that capture insights and translate them into actionable product improvements
Drive Strategic Communication and Influence
Partner with Product, Science, and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring customer needs shape what we build Develop compelling narratives that communicate product value to technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels Design and execute change management strategies, training programs, and communications that drive product adoption
Deliver Data-Driven Impact
Build mechanisms that measure product health, utilization, and business outcomes—then use those insights to drive continuous improvement Synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to influence roadmap prioritization Partner with science and technical teams to identify opportunities for new capabilities and platform enhancements
Be the Connective Tissue
Act as the conduit between ITA's product development teams and end-users, ensuring alignment and removing barriers to success Negotiate platform integrations, technical support, and implementation of improvements across matrixed stakeholder groups Create procedures and best practices that scale product delivery across domains
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
