Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
AB Staffing is looking for an experienced, regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) that is available for the 2025 / 2026 School Year.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work; Master’s degree a plus.
Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Certification
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliable transportation for regional travel.
Must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and / or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.

Job Duties
Oversee ABA programs and ensure fidelity of implementation across assigned sites.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals.
Review data to guide treatment decisions and monitor client progress.
Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and documentation standards.
Travel regionally to support teams and conduct site visits
Salary $2,625 – $2,812 per week
