Test Manager Sr

HX5 is currently seeking a Test Manager to support the HNI Division at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Validation and Verification support services in accordance with the program’s Integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices.
Provide Validation and Verification support services in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including DoDI 5000.89/DAFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation, and MAJCOM, Center, and Directorate guidance.
Validation and Verification includes all manner of testing including test and evaluation, demonstration, and certification activities.
Provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures
Support requirements include, but are not limited to:
Prepare test plans and procedures
Prepare Test and Evaluation Management Plan
Prepare and review test analyses
Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation
Monitor test events
Support certification test activities (e.g., Joint Interoperability Test Center)
Support training required to execute test activities
Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations
Review and analyze engineering performance analysis report.
Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability
Review and analyze engineering performance predictions
Review and analyze trade‑off studies
Support Functional Configuration Audits/Physical Configuration Audits
Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events
Salary: This position is expected to pay $116,230-$163,296 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
Education and Experience:
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, five years of which must be in the DoD.
OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of relevant experience, five of which must be in the DoD.
OR, 15 years of relevant experience with proper certification as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.
Other Position Requirements:
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
Must be able to travel, including air travel.
