Your Role And Responsibilities As a senior SAP managing consultant, you will serve as a client‑facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, managing, and implementing SAP offerings with a deep understanding of finance business processes and SAP systems. As a trusted business advisor, you will collaborate to provide business outcomes and innovative solutions for solving challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of business processes and SAP solutions that meet client needs.

Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and manage high‑performing teams of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, within budget, and with quality.

Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Drive strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging customer process and SAP expertise and applying industry best practices.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA S/4HANA ISU‑Work Management/Device Management with multiple commodities and at least five end‑to‑end implementations (four in Energy and Utilities). Include solution design of work/device/service management financial/processes and deep knowledge of integration points.

Deep knowledge of technical and business master data and batch job processing chains.

Experience with customer service business processes and workflows, and ability to integrate these with SAP and other applications.

Project management skills: implementation methods, planning, resource management, and delivery quality.

Foundation‑level industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities.

Familiarity with AI models, cybersecurity and data privacy principles.

Fluency in English.

Valid right to work in the United States.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Familiarity with SAP Industry for Utilities (ISU), SAP Analytics Cloud, and integration into customer portals.

Experience with cloud computing platforms, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.

Hands‑on experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Location: This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.
