You’ll represent employers across Maine and the broader New England region in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including: Single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff employment disputes Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims Wage-and-hour litigation under Maine law and the FLSA Class and collective actions (experience helpful, not required) Depositions, written discovery, motion drafting, and oral argument Federal court litigation in the District of Maine Employer counseling on compliance, investigations, and risk mitigation You’ll manage your own caseload while collaborating with experienced L&E litigators across the firm’s national platform. What We’re Looking For

3+ years of employment litigation experience Strong research, writing, and motion practice skills Experience taking or defending depositions (or ready to do so) Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Maine Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) Business-minded attorney interested in long-term growth within a national L&E practice Bonus Program — one of the most comprehensive in the labor & employment legal market Benefits Include
