$150,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr Location: Broomfield, CO What you’ll do

Design the system + choose approaches Architect autonomous RPOD + SDA solutions (hardware + software). Pick/compare methods (e.g., ML, physics-informed, stochastic methods, Kalman filters). Build algorithms + simulations Lead architecture + trade studies; guide the GNC team from concept to flight. Do 6-DOF modeling/simulation/validation for spacecraft dynamics, sensors, and RPOD algorithms. Implement + test + operate Work with software/GNC teams to put algorithms into flight software. Strong focus on hardware-in-the-loop testing. Define mission CONOPS balancing thermal/power/momentum/comms. Support ops training and mission operations. External-facing Support proposals with feasibility analysis. Engage partners (including DoD/other government + commercial). Required qualifications

Bachelor’s in an engineering/technical discipline 5+ years in guidance/navigation/control Proven experience developing/debugging/deploying GNC sensors/effectors/algorithms used in real-world projects Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Demonstrated ability to lead a project end-to-end Nice-to-have (preferred)

Deep expertise in guidance or navigation or control Multi-body astrodynamics C/C++ experience Able to solve hard problems with minimal supervision
