Hyper Kidz is a fast‑growing, premium indoor play and family entertainment brand with multiple locations across the United States and active expansion in Canada and Australia. We are seeking a Head of Operations based in India with deep, hands‑on experience running large, multi‑unit operations at scale. This is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end ownership of operational excellence across geographies and direct accountability to the CEO. Own end‑to‑end US operations, coordinating across Canada and Australia Lead and manage multiple cross‑functional teams (operations, training, QA, launch support, franchise support) Build, standardize, and enforce SOPs, KPIs, audits, and execution playbooks Drive franchisee performance, compliance, and operational discipline Establish operational cadence: dashboards, reviews, accountability, and continuous improvement Scale operations rapidly without compromising safety, brand, or guest experience Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable) Full‑time role; no moonlighting Ability to work consistently in US EST & CST time zones Direct reporting to the CEO with high visibility and accountability Proven experience working with owners / franchisees, not just internal teams Strong command of metrics, dashboards, audits, and operational reviews Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams at scale High integrity, confidentiality, and strong ownership mindset Comfortable making decisions with limited ambiguity and zero hand‑holding Based in India (Tier‑1 leadership only) Work From Home Compensation Highly competitive salary for the right candidate Performance‑linked incentives Long‑term growth opportunity with a fast‑scaling global brand
