Team and Role The Design team in Bangkok partners with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and design workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end‑to‑end user journeys and lead the design of intuitive, engaging experiences for searching and booking activities on Agoda.
Experience Requirements & Role Expectations
6+ years of full‑time experience as a product designer for digital or web‑based products (in‑house experience preferred).
Independently create visually stunning, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces and interactions.
Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research, running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights.
Own the design process from discovery to delivery, setting the vision and ensuring high‑quality execution.
Partner with product managers to shape vision and roadmap, using data and research to inform design decisions.
Manage multiple stakeholders within an agile development process.
Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions for web and mobile products.
Day to Day
Develop design solutions that balance business objectives and customer needs.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and on‑time delivery.
Test prototypes and hypotheses with users and gather feedback.
Present work to peers and leadership asynchronously and in person.
Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, and team meetings.
Document design processes and articulate decisions clearly.
Champion cohesion and consistency across our expanding suite of products.
Bring a strategic vision to implementing experiences that balance customer needs with business, content, and technology.
