Provides 100% support and commitment to achieving strategic goals: profitable growth, guest satisfaction, associate engagement. Ensures the team delivers sophisticated customer service and wine expertise at the tasting bar, lounge, or retail section. Leads, coaches, mentors the team to impress customers and sell flights, glasses, food pairings, and retail wine. Builds an engaged workforce, career development, and learning. Sources and screens candidates, ensures training compliance, sets performance goals, conducts evaluations. Ensures positive guest service, resolves complaints within 24 hours, models service expectations. Maintains restaurant image, cleanliness, food quality, dress code, and operational standards. Monitors labor and payroll goals, food cost, purchasing, and financial data daily for profitability. Adapts to fast‑moving circumstances, solves problems, innovates, and collaborates across departments. Manages compliance with operational standards, federal/state/local laws, safety, HACCP, and loss prevention. Communicates openly, motivates, teaches, and demonstrates leadership courage. Qualifications

5-7 years in a full‑service restaurant. Serve Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire or promotion. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions. Desired Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent. Proficient in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting. Willing to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment. Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics. Five or more years as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Floor Manager in full‑service hospitality. Strong foundation in wine fundamentals; 2+ years in the wine industry preferred. Four‑year college degree preferred; two years of college education required. Seniority Level
