Job Description The Partner Sales team is responsible for procuring, vetting, solutioning, and closing both direct and wholesale partners.
As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and partners in implementing and optimizing embedded payments solutions. This position requires a deep technical understanding of embedded payments technologies, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working directly with clients, and possess a passion for staying at the forefront of payments technology.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and partners to understand their business requirements and objectives related to embedded payments.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on the implementation of embedded payments solutions.
Solution Design and Implementation
Design and architect embedded payments solutions documents tailored to the unique needs of clients.
Collaborate with partner development teams to implement and integrate embedded payments features into client applications.
Troubleshooting and Support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to embedded payments integrations (Sandbox and Production).
Provide initial technical support to clients and partners, ensuring the smooth operation of embedded payments solutions for go live.
Collaboration with Development Teams
Work closely with internal development teams to convey client feedback, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of embedded payments products.
Act as a subject matter expert on embedded payments solutions, both internally and externally.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients, partners, and internal teams on embedded payments technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on embedded payments or fintech solutions.
Strong programming and scripting skills, with proficiency in languages X, Y, Z.
Experience with API integrations and knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with payment processing protocols and standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
Experience with mobile payment technologies and SDKs.
Knowledge of security best practices in the context of embedded payments.
