Job Description Summary Manager, Learning Portfolio Strategy leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of innovative, scalable learning products and curriculum. The role creates and manages the curriculum roadmap, overseeing the lifecycle and impact of courses, learning paths, and diversified modalities.

Essential Responsibilities

Design and develop learning programs that align with business objectives, creating a blueprint for development and delivery that addresses specific learner needs.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess learning needs and design effective learning programs that enhance employee skills organizational performance.

Lead the creation and customization of learning content, ensuring alignment with the learner experience and program objectives.

Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

Support the development of learning and development strategy, contributing to decision‑making regarding resource allocation and program prioritization.

Expected Qualifications

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in learning product management, curriculum architecture, and multi‑modal instructional design.

Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting on learning impact.

Experience managing vendors and learning platforms to support scalable program execution.

Own the learning portfolio roadmap, defining priorities, sequencing, and lifecycle management of programs based on business demand, learner insights, and performance data.

Apply product‑management principles to learning solutions iterating based on feedback, piloting new approaches, and ensuring scalability and continuous improvement.

Partner with data, analytics, and technology teams to measure portfolio performance, identify capability gaps, and inform future learning investments and innovation priorities.

Compensation U.S. national annual pay range: $84,500–$140,250. The total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
