Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse at our San Diego, CA location. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, administering dialysis treatments, educating patients about their treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and responding to clinical needs. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure quality care and maintain a patient-focused and compassionate environment.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Proficiency in patient care, monitoring vital signs, and administering treatments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering patient-centered care
Clinical experience in dialysis or renal care is preferred but not required
Ability to operate medical equipment and follow safety protocols
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
