About The Position As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a setting in Santa Cruz, CA. You will assess patients’ communication and swallowing needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing skills.
Responsibilities
Assess patients' communication needs and swallowing needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing skills.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Implement interventions in various settings, including outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities.
Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow‑up care for continued support.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
California licensure or certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.

Pay: $2,027.55 – $2,090.26 per week.
Location: Santa Cruz, CA.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
Shift: Day.
