Director of Nursing

Renown Regional Medical Center . This key leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of women’s health in Northern Nevada while working in a nationally recognized health system dedicated to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.
As the Director of Nursing, you will provide leadership, vision, and operational oversight for a dynamic portfolio that includes:
Your leadership will influence every aspect of the patient experience—from quality outcomes and regulatory compliance to team development and strategic growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with physicians, hospital leadership, and community partners to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care for women and families.
What You’ll Do:
Direct the strategic and operational performance of Women’s Health nursing services
Build a collaborative culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
Establish and oversee budgets, patient care standards, and performance goals
Support and guide clinical teams in providing exceptional, family-centered care
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards
Actively foster professional development and educational initiatives
Maintain a hands‑on leadership style, including the provision of direct patient care when needed
What You’ll Bring:
A deep commitment to advancing women’s health and nursing leadership
Exceptional communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's or Master’s degree in healthcare or business required
5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
Active Nevada RN license (or ability to obtain)
