Ascension St. Vincent is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join our busy practice in Kokomo, Indiana. This is an immediate growth opportunity to build a booming practice. The community is in need of skilled and compassionate gastroenterologists.

Responsibilities The role would primarily focus on meeting the needs in the outpatient setting with a strong referral base, large employer-health clinic and very little GI competition. Inpatient load would be minimized by highly-skilled and engaged 24/7 hospitalists who manage all the admissions and discharges. Call burden would be capped to no more than 1:6 and inpatient consults tailored to the outpatient schedule.

Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
