Key Responsibilities
Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, distributors, sales and marketing teams.
Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts, improving what works and changing what does not.
Lead sales, marketing, customer‑service and client‑relationship management teams.
Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that generate increased leads and market share.
Foster an entrepreneurial growth culture across all teams and work functions.
Help shape company’s long‑term objectives and determine plans to meet them.
Develop in‑depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable opportunities.
Direct marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting expansion strategies.
Assess marketing, sales, supplier and vendor operations and recommend improvements.
Prepare all RFP documentation.
Research emerging trends and recommend new products to satisfy customer needs.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.Present business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s or Engineering degree.
Minimum 15 years of experience.
Strong planning, organizational, proactive, and results‑oriented skills.
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation design.
Technical knowledge considered an asset; ability to explain technical information to non‑technical audiences.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Strong relationship‑building and management across functions and levels.
Excellent active listening and communication skills.
Well‑developed leadership skills and proven ability to work in a matrix environment.
Experience in the automotive industry (OEM or replacement) considered an asset.
Proficient MS Office skills.
Experience with Oracle preferred.
Languages: English required, additional languages an asset.
Travel: 30% or more.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Pay & Benefits
Full‑time.
Bonus eligible.
Salary range: $165,000 – $195,000.
No relocation provided.
Medical, dental, vision insurance and other voluntary benefits start the month following hire.
11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) plus 8 sick days; all vacation days accrued.
Flexible time off available.
401(k) – 3% company contribution and 3% match.
Tuition reimbursement.
