Sr. Manager Campaign Analytics. *This is an onsite role with travel located in McLean, VA.* Responsibilities for Sr. Manager Campaign Analytics:
Manage and execute data programming necessary to complete analysis of profitable prospect segments by capturing credit cards behavioral/demographic attributes, credit risk criteria, and other internal and external data elements. Manage the appropriate marketing campaign test and offer design, work with management to develop an effective test and learn approach that would significantly increase card usage across all phases of card holder lifecycle, especially focus on usage and retention. Work closely with direct management in the holistic evaluation of strategies aimed at driving profitable cards portfolio growth. Lead the evaluation and improvement on the statistical models built by vendors and/or modeling team Develop independent spend engagement models and scorecards for credit card marketing analytics, including existing accounts spend engagement, account retention/closure, risk adjusted pricing, and acquisition targeting, Develop financial analysis and profitability models to assess performance across credit card risk segments, vintages, and products. Work with direct management to build account/product level P&L to effectively manage the credit card portfolio’s growth and profitability. Qualifications for Sr. Manager Campaign Analytics:
Minimum of five (5) years’ of experience in credit card or related consumer lending products acquisition or existing portfolio data analytics including but not limited to marketing analytics, statistical analysis, performance evaluation, and optimization, business and product development within a financial services environment is required. Must have marketing campaign leadership experience from within a banking/credit union setting. Minimum of three (3) years’ of experience project management. Snowflake experience is preferred Statistical analysis experience, including A/B testing, linear regression, and time series forecasting are required. Knowledge and experience of segmentation, statistical procedures, predictive modeling, financial modeling and analytic tools are required. Expertise in data Warehouse and business intelligence associated tools are preferred. Hands‑on skills in SQL, Tableau, and proficiency working with large dataset are required. Compensation for Sr. Manager Campaign Analytics:
Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000 (based on years of experience and education) Benefits: Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 2+ weeks PTO and 11 Federal Holidays *Please note this job is open for applications on 12/18/2025.
