Are you passionate about building relationships that fuel the firm's expansion? Then this may be the perfect fit for you! The Wealth Management Associate role is tasked with cultivating new individual client relationships and supporting the firm's growth initiatives in working with high net worth and ultra‑high net worth clients. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in engaging and building relationships with prospective individuals and corporate executive clients while having a strong understanding of executive compensation, benefits, and comprehensive financial planning including tax, estate, and risk management within the wealth management industry.

Primary Responsibilities

Drive engagement with prospective clients sourced internally and externally through defined inbound and outbound activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Manage the prospect pipeline effectively using activity‑based metrics and qualitative engagement.

Track and report key business development metrics such as pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CFP® designation is advantageous.

Over five years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within financial services or wealth management.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth targets.

Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and the regulatory environment.

Experience with the client conversion process.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self‑motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required.

Compensation Range

$100,000 - $160,000
