$80 to $100 per hour (converted salary $160K to $200K annually)

Summary

The Director of Enterprise Analytics provides strategic leadership across the organization’s data and analytics landscape. This role is accountable for defining the enterprise analytics roadmap, implementing AI/ML solutions, and connecting diverse data ecosystems to drive innovation and efficiency. The position requires an inspiring leader who can develop talent, foster collaboration, and transform complex data into clear strategic guidance for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap to align data strategy with business objectives.

Integrate AI/ML methodologies to enhance data modeling, forecasting, and decision‑making capabilities.

Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data professionals to promote growth, innovation, and accountability.

Translate complex business needs into measurable analytical frameworks and actionable insights.

Oversee the creation of scalable analytics solutions including self‑service dashboards and knowledge repositories.

Partner with key stakeholders across business functions to prioritize and deliver projects efficiently.

Maintain trusted relationships with leadership and communicate findings clearly to all audiences.

Monitor industry and competitive trends to guide future strategies.

Drive a systems‑thinking mindset to ensure organizational cohesion and scalability.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, BI, or data strategy with increasing responsibility.

10+ years of business intelligence solutions, market analytics expertise.

5+ years of executive leadership of analytic functions.

5+ years of proven skillsets to bridge leadership and technology.

Able to communicate, teach, and advocate for analytics concepts across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Strong experience in SDLC and CI/CD.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).

Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to executive audiences.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Statistics, or Economics; Master’s preferred.

Soft Skills

Experience leading analytics teams of more than 10 individual contributors.

Experience with transitioning from Power BI to Azure Fabric.

Ability to be hands‑on with technology and provide on‑the‑job training and coaching.

Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week.
