About the Team The Enterprise Data product team is focused on driving two primary outcomes from our data ecosystem: 1) data is well-managed, easy to govern, and 2) data is easy to find, understand, and use. We are a cross‑functional team aligning product, technology, design, machine learning, risk, and other horizontal partners to create a modern data ecosystem that supports innovation and business across all corners of the company.
Domain Overview
Data Management
– embedding automated governance throughout the data lifecycle from creation to deletion.
Data Consumption Experiences
– building a foundation for data discovery, understanding, and use via data products, lake, and warehouse.
Data Privacy & External Data Sharing
– ensuring transparency, governance, and privacy compliance for third‑party data sharing.
Data Strategy, Culture & Operations
– maintaining well‑managed data and technology that leverages a unified, cross‑functional Enterprise Data team.
Role Responsibilities Lead our data warehouse and consumption tool teams to meet the needs of our data consumers—data and machine learning engineers, business analysts, and product managers. Own the strategy for elevating our tools to meet customer needs and set the destination state for consuming data from our data storage platforms.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in Product Management.
Currently obtaining or in possession of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Degree must be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master’s degree.
5+ years of experience in user experience and growth product management.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
Experience driving first‑time user conversion and monthly active user growth at scale within a large enterprise environment.
Experience working with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
Experience managing third‑party relationships with data vendors.
Experience working with data management policy teams to understand and address data ownership and consumption risks.

Compensation Full‑time annual base salary ranges: McLean, VA $226,000 – $257,900; New York, NY $246,500 – $281,300; Richmond, VA $205,400 – $234,400. The role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and long‑term incentives. Salaries reflect the level of responsibility and the impact this position will create.
