At Buffalo Wild Wings, we celebrate a culture of high energy and create memorable experiences for our guests. As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant, drive performance, and uphold our mission of delivering legendary moments.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
Create and implement local restaurant marketing and community connection plans.
Analyze profit and loss statements to ensure the restaurant meets financial targets.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, and safety/security systems.
Oversee all community connection and fundraising related activities.
Qualifications
4–5 years of management experience, including a General Manager role in a restaurant.
Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations.
Strong leadership, change‑championing, and passion for training and developing a team.
Ability to analyze profit and loss statements.
