As we enter the next phase of growth, we need a CTO to lead our technical vision, scale our engineering organization, and drive innovation across all layers of our stack.
The Role The CTO will serve as a hands‑on technical leader and strategic executive partner to the founders. You’ll define our technology roadmap, oversee system architecture and infrastructure, and build a world‑class engineering culture that values speed, quality, and collaboration. You’ll play a pivotal role in turning our vision into scalable, secure, and elegantly engineered products, while staying ahead of emerging technologies and market shifts.
What You'll Do
Define and execute the long‑term technology strategy and architecture roadmap.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing engineering and product team.
Partner with product and design leadership to translate vision into technical delivery.
Establish and oversee best practices for security, scalability, and system reliability.
Drive innovation in emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics.
Manage vendor and platform relationships (cloud, APIs, data partners).
Ensure product releases meet high standards of performance, quality, and usability.
Represent the technology vision in board meetings, investor discussions, and industry events.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a senior technical or leadership role.
Proven success building and scaling technology products from startup to growth stage.
Deep expertise in modern stacks – e.g., React, Node, Python, Go, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes.
Experience leading distributed or remote engineering teams.
Strong understanding of system design, cloud architecture, and DevOps principles.
Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative leadership style.
Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for fast‑paced, resource‑constrained environments.
A passion for creating meaningful technology that improves lives and scales globally.
