2003 . Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties.

We have RN/LPN openings across the Boston/Greater Boston area, including towns such as Arlington, Acton, Boston, Belmont, Cambridge, Chelsea, Concord, Lexington, Littleton, Lynn, Lynnfield, Malden, Medfield, Medford, Medway, Melrose, Middleton, Natick, Needham, Newton, Reading, Somerville, Southborough, Stoneham, Sudbury, Topsfield, Wakefield, Walpole, Wellesley, Wilmington, Winchester, Winthrop, Woburn, and Wrentham. Current shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, full‑time, part‑time, per diem.

Key Points About Our Services

We’re always seeking compassionate nurses—both experienced RNs/LPNs and new grads.

Specialized in Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults, working 1‑on‑1 in homes, schools, or community settings.

Diverse cases—from general care to ICU‑level home care, including G/J‑tube feeding, tracheostomies, ventilator support, seizures, ostomies, wound management, and diabetes.

Pay rates vary by shift:

RN

$57.68/$59.68/$61.68 per hour;

LPN

$41.50/$43.50/$45.50 per hour.

Qualifications

Valid RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.

Proficiency in nursing skills, critical thinking, and problem‑solving (new grad welcome, some experience preferred).

Team player collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, interdisciplinary teams.

Effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
